We collect only what we need to serve you:
Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter, join our waitlist, or complete our survey. We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) and Substack to manage email communications. Your email is used to send you updates, resources, and community content. We do not sell it.
Survey responses — when you complete our research survey via involve.me. Responses are used solely to understand the shared experiences of people who have been laid off and to inform the resources we build. Survey responses are anonymized before any findings are published or shared publicly. We do not share individual responses with third parties.
Usage data — we use Google Analytics to collect basic information about how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, general location by country/region, device type). This helps us understand what’s useful and improve the experience. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.
